Island Ready Homes Inc. provides the following services:

• Pre-fabricated and modular home sales
• Home design and customization consultation
• Construction and installation services
• Related consulting and support services

3. Pre-Order and Deposits

When you place a pre-order for a home:

• Pre-orders are non-refundable deposits toward your home purchase
• Pre-order pricing is locked in for the first 100 homes
• Full payment terms will be provided upon completion of pre-order
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders
• Land costs are not included unless explicitly stated

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Pricing includes:

• Move-in ready home construction
• Hurricane-rated construction (Category 5)
• Standard finishes as specified
• 180-day delivery guarantee

Pricing excludes:

• Land acquisition
• Site preparation
• Permit fees
• Transportation to remote locations
• Custom upgrades not included in standard packages

5. Delivery and Timeline

We guarantee delivery of your home within 180 days from the start of construction. If delivery is not completed within 180 days, we will work with you to ensure timely completion. This guarantee is subject to:

• Timely approval of designs and permits
• Site accessibility and preparation
• Weather conditions
• Material availability
• Force majeure events

6. Warranty Information

All homes come with the following warranties:

• Structural warranty: As specified in your purchase agreement
• Manufacturer warranties on appliances and fixtures
• Workmanship warranty: As specified in your purchase agreement

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Natural disasters beyond design specifications
• Improper maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Island Ready Homes Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

PLAEX Notice: PLAEX, PLAEX Brick&Panel, and related trademarks are owned by PLAEX Building Systems Inc. Use of these marks is authorized under our partnership agreement.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Not misuse or attempt to damage our services
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
